This recipe came from my grandmother. The directions are for baking in the oven, but I have done these in the crock pot as well as they turn out great. These are really good with mashed potatoes. A great comfort food meal. Easy and delicious! Ingredients:
6 pork chops |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup water |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Trim pork chops. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat. 3. Add chops and brown on both sides. 4. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. 5. Place browned chops in pan. 6. In a glass measuring cup, mix together soup, ketchup, Worcestershire and water. 7. Pour over the pork chops. 8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done (it will depend on the thickness of the chops). 9. Enjoy! |
