Easy and great item to place on a party buffet. All the shrimp lovers will gobble this down. I usually triple the recipe when I serve it at our card parties. There is never any left over. Enjoy Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
2 cups cottage cheese |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon fresh basil |
1/2 teaspoon fresh marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano |
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 pound cleaned and precooked baby shrimp |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth then gradually blend in lemon juice and milk. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients then pour in quiche or pie pan. 3. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. |
