This is my favorite stew in the world! I used a basic stew recipe and added some touches of my own to it. My husband, our friend Jeff and I love it! Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
4 potatoes, chopped |
2 carrots, chopped |
1 onion, minced |
1 (46 fluid ounce) bottle tomato-vegetable juice cocktail |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. In a large oven-proof pot, combine beef, potatoes, carrots, onion and vegetable juice. Cover and bake in preheated oven 1 1/2 hours. |
