From Canadian cattle country, this rub is great with any cut of beef. Ingredients:
1/4 cup paprika |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (red) |
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Rub into beef (steaks, ribs or potroast). 3. Refrigerate covered for 2 hours. 4. BBQ, Broil, Slow cook, or fry as required. |
