Makes a very tender chicken dish. Great with pasta or just over spinach (the sauce you cook the chicken in doubles as salad dressing). Ingredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast |
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon italian salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Mince the garlic and saute with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Cut the chicken up into bite-sized pieces. Brown the pieces in the olive oil and garlic mix. Once the pieces are mostly cooked, turn down the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until chicken is cooked through. |
