An everyday Peruvian salsa. Ingredients:
1 small red onion |
1 lime |
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cut the onion in half, then slice thin to form half moon slices; place in small bowl. 2. Squeeze lime juice into bowl to cover onion slices. 3. Add cilantro, if using. 4. Serve with potatoes, beets, avocado or anything you like. |
