The cayenne pepper in this recipe gives the ribs a little kick. Ingredients:
1 baby back rib rack (cut into 4 parts) |
cumin |
cayenne pepper |
paprika |
garlic salt |
black pepper |
1/2 cup kraft original barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F Season ribs with cumin, paprika, garlic salt, and black pepper to taste. Add a small amount of cayenne pepper (maybe two shakes to each rib) because if you add too much it will be too hot. Place seasoned ribs in a glass or metal oven pan. 2. Bake ribs in oven (covered) for about 2 hours. Uncover and brush with bar-b-que sauce. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes Remove from oven and enjoy. |
