Cannot remember where I found this recipe. I believe it is from the old NY city restaurant. They are delicious. Wonderful served with lingonberries...or any fresh berries.. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3 tablespoons melted butter |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
2/3 cup milk |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. 2. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter. 3. Add sugar and salt. 4. Beat in flour. 5. Add milk and stir thoroughly until smooth. 6. Place pan over medium heat. 7. Butter pan lightly. 8. Drop by tablespoons. 9. Cook until LIGHTLY browned. 10. Keep re-buttering pan. 11. ENJOY! |
