If you like Sardine...this is the great and fast recipe...YoMMy over rice... Ingredients:
1.5 teaspoons lime or lemon juice |
2 small thai chili peppers or jalapeno pepper, cut into 1/4 long |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 can of sardine canned fish in tomato sauce |
1 shallot thin sliced |
1/8 cup shredded fresh ginger |
1 green onionfinely chopped |
1 branch mint, use only leaves |
Directions:
1. Mix well together lime juice, Thai chili pepper and salt. Set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, gently mix canned sardine, shallots and ginger. 3. Pour in lime juice mixture, and add green onion and mint leaves. 4. Serve with rice. |
