6 ounces small to medium shrimp, peeled and cooked |
1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Chop shrimp finely, then mash with a fork. 2. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with the remaining ingredients, blending thoroughly. 3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving for flavors to blend. 4. Just before serving, garnish with chopped parsley. 5. Serve with crackers or chips. |
