Recipe given to me by texan horse trainer, best salsa ever!
Ingredients:
1 yellow pepper, hot finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, finely diced
1 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Finely chop, peppers, onion, tomatoes & mix.
2. Add lime juice, cilantro, salt, pepper & mix.
3. Serve.
