This is my favourite way to make chili. It's quick, and simple. I like to serve it with plain corn chips, or tortilla chips. You can adjust the heat to suit your liking, by adding more or less of the chili and cayenne. I rarely measure them, I like to sprinkle them in and taste test til the heat is just right! Ingredients:
750 g ground beef |
1 (440 g) can condensed tomato soup |
1 (440 g) can chopped tomatoes |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (400 g) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
1 teaspoon chili flakes |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Lightly brown beef, add onion. Stir through and cook until onion is just tender. 2. Add all other ingredients, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until sauce thickens. |
