Sara's Chicken & Avocado Fettuccine

I bought a big bag of avocados at a market, and came up with this when I was trying to use them up!
Ingredients:
500 g chicken breasts, thinly sliced
500 g fettuccine pasta, cooked
1 (440 g) can lite evaporated milk
1/2 cup light cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Mix together chicken, fettuccine, evaporated milk, cheddar cheese, pepper, and herbs.
2. Bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes.
3. Remove from oven, stir avocado through, and top with parmesan.
4. Return to oven for another 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
