Sarah's Spinach Artichoke Dip |

This is a wonderful recipe! Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, quartered |
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 minced garlic clove |
1 cup real mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon season salt |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
1 (6 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & liquid squeezed out |
Directions:
1. Chop artichoke quarters into bite sized pieces. 2. Mix all ingredients together & place in quiche dish or pie plate (I have also used a small pyrex casserole dish). 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. I personally do not cover when baking. 4. I like to thinly slice french bread & toast them in the broiler for a couple minutes to enjoy with the dip. Can also be served with crackers. It is a must try! |
