Sarah's Low'Er' Calorie Nachos

Delicious nachos with a few low-cal substitutions
Ingredients:
2 oz. tortilla chips
4 oz. ground turkey (w/mexican seasoning)
4 oz fat-free shredded cheddar
4 tbsp. fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Directions:
1. Brown 1 lb. ground turkey and simmer with taco seasoning for 5 mintues with 1/4 cup water (add after draining the meat)
2. Arrange tortilla chips on a microwave safe plate
3. Top with 1/4 of the ground turkey (save the other 3/4 for future nachos or add the seasoned turkey to other dishes for a delicious mexican addition)
4. Sprikle fat-free shredded cheddar over the top of the meat and put in the microwave for 1-3 minutes until cheese is melted
5. Top with sour cream, scallions and tomatoes and ENJOY!
