Calling all apple pie fans!! You will love this cake. Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped |
1 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and sugars together. 2. Add eggs one at a time mixing each in before adding the next one. 3. Sift in dry ingredients. Mix well. 4. Stir in apples and nuts. 5. Bake in a greased and floured 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6. Once cool frost with a cream cheese frosting. |
