Santorini Feta & Spinach Pizza

This is a great Greek pizza with wonderful flavors. This is enough for a 12 pizza. Please adjust the amounts for a larger crust.
Ingredients:
1 pizza crust (homemade preferably or store bought)
1/3 cup tomato sauce (homemade is best)
4 ounces goat cheese
8 ounces feta cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise (not low fat)
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup kalamata olive (chopped)
1/2 chili pepper (minced)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 small red onion (sliced into thin rings)
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Directions:
1. Prebake pizza crust in a 400F oven for 5 minutes.
2. Spread tomato sauce over crust.
3. Mix together the goat cheese, feta, mayo, garlic, olives, chili pepper & oregano.
4. Spread this mixture over the tomato sauce.
5. Scatter on the red onions, followed by the spinach.
6. Sprinkle on the mozzarella.
7. Enjoy with a glass of Vino and pretend you are overlooking the blue waters of Greece.
