This fresh salsa goes great with grilled Santa Maria Tri-Tip and Santa Maria-Style Pinquito Beans. Ingredients:
3 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 sweet onion, chopped |
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup fresh california green chili, finely chopped |
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 -3 dashes worcestershire sauce |
1 pinch dried oregano, crushed |
3 drops hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Cover and let stand for one hour to blend flavors. |
