A great quick stir fry meal in minutes. Ingredients:
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix |
1/4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon lawrys garlic powder, with parsley |
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips |
2 cups frozen assorted fresh vegetables, partially thawed and drained |
hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. In a 12-inch skillet, blend onion soup mix, oil, water, lime juice and garlic powder; let stand 5 minutes. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat; stir in chicken and vegetables. 3. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is done. 4. Serve over hot rice. 5. Garnish, if desired, with lime slices and or fresh parsley. |
