This is such an easy recipe. If you want a spicier dish you can add some hot pepper sauce. Ingredients:
2 cups minute rice, uncooked |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Cook rice as directed on package Add beans and salsa; mix well Reduce heat to low Cook 5 minutes or untill heated through, stirring occasionally. |
