Great way to kick ordinary eggs or breakfast burritos up a notch. I like these for lunch. too. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 ounce velveeta reduced fat cheese product |
2 tablespoons diced green chilies |
1 whole wheat sandwich wrap (i use flatout multigrain wrap) |
black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Spray skillet and cook eggs until they are not runny. 2. Stir in chilis, cheese, and black pepper until cheese is melted. 3. Serve in a warm wrap or tortilla. |
