from This is really easy and tastes swell. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 chopped onion |
1 (8 ounce) can pinto beans |
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (8 ounce) can black beans |
1 (8 ounce) can corn |
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies |
1 (8 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
taco seasoning mix |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet dry ranch dressing mix |
2 cups tap water |
sour cream |
10 diced green onions, put on chili after served in bowl |
Directions:
1. Brown the beef, then mix all the ingredients together, adding water last, with a large spoon. 2. Put pot on stove, cover. 3. Bring to roiling boil. 4. Bring temp down to simmer. 5. Cook for 2 hours giving occasional stir. |
