Ingredients:
4 bottles dry white spanish wine |
1 cup spanish fino sherry |
1 cup orange flavored liqueur (recommended: cointreau) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 bunch seedless white grapes |
3 lemons, sliced with rind |
3 white peaches, pitted and sliced with skin |
1 honeydew melon, sliced |
1 liter club soda, or seltzer |
Directions:
1. Combine liquor, sugar and fruit together in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Let flavors blend for several hours. Add the club or seltzer water and serve over plenty of ice. |
