Sweet, Pumpin custard in coconut cream. Great for parties, give your friend a WoW on this dessert. Ingredients:
1 small fresh pumpkin with skin or without skin |
5 eggs |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup cream of coconut |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, light whisk the eggs, add the sugar, salt and cream of coconut and stir until well blended. 2. Pour the mixture into the pumpkin and steam (for approximately 20 minutes) until the custard is set and the pumpkin are cooked. 3. When done, cut the pumpkin into 4 medium size slice and place on a serving plate and it ready to serve. 4. Best serve hot. |
