Sandy's English Muffin Appetizer

Great to make ahead of time, keeps well in freezer
Ingredients:
1 pkg 6 english muffins, split
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can pitted black olives
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup chopped green onions, including green tops
paprika
Directions:
1. Blend olives and juice in blender for a second or two to chop them up, do not puree!
2. Drain olives well
3. Mix olives, cheese, mayo, green onions together
4. Spread mixture on muffin halfs
5. Sprinkle with paprika
6. Cut into quarters
7. Freeze on baking sheet. When frozen, store in freezer bag.
8. Preheat oven to 350* and bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
