This is a nicely flavoured, easy to prepare chicken. I have used breasts and legs but I think you could use any part, with or without skin. Ingredients:
4 -6 pieces chicken |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon soya sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. 3. Mix the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce. 4. Pour the sauce over the chicken. 5. Bake for about 11/2 hours, basting every 15-20 minutes until no longer pink. 6. Enjoy! |
