This is so easy. It's from Sandra Lee Semi Homemade. Ingredients:
5 egg yolks |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Into a blender, place yolks, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. 2. Pulse for 10 seconds. 3. Add butter and pulse for 10 seconds. 4. Serve immediately over beef, chicken, eggs, omelets, potatoes, rice, turkey or vegetables. |
