My mom made this every year for our church's auction. Just like the chili - everyone loved it so much they would be the leftovers. Ingredients:
15 lbs ground beef |
8 cups onions, chopped |
64 ounces ketchup |
1 cup mustard |
1 lb brown sugar |
18 ounces open pit barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Fry ground beef with onion and drain.
2. Mix rest of ingredients in pot and warm through.
3. This can be frozen and reheated.
