These have been the main Christmas cookie in our family. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup butter |
2 cups sugar |
4 cups flour |
1 -2 tablespoon cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, butter, and sugar.
2. Gradually add the flour.
3. Form several balls and refrigerate.
4. Roll out the dough.
5. Cut out cookies.
6. Decorate with sugar.
7. Bake 350 degrees for about 8 minutes (depends on how thin you roll out your dough and how well done you like your cookies).
