This is a recipe i got years ago for a cookie exchang party. This is a good way to give cookies without actually having to bake them! Ingredients:
1/3 cup cocoa |
2/3 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup vanilla chip |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1 1/8 cups flour |
2/3 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup walnuts |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2/3 cup oil |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. For giftgiving, layer the dry ingredients in the order listed. This looks like a beautiful piece of artwork. Tie a ribbon with a notecard to complete the brownies. - In a large bowl empty the jar of ingredients, add vanilla, oil and eggs. Mix. Pur into a 9 x 9 pan and bake for 32-37 minutes.
