Very Good & Easy Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken |
2 cups pineapple chunks |
1 1/2 cups strawberries, halves |
1 cup green grape |
1 cup celery, slices |
1/2 cup salad dressing |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
lettuce |
1/4 cup toasted walnuts |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken,pineapple, strawberries, grapes,celery, salad dressing and seasonings, mix well. 2. Chill. 3. Serve on lettuce-covered plates. 4. Garnish with walnuts and additional strawberries if desired. |
