Different but so tasty and so elegant. If you want to impress somebody for breakfast or brunch serve these delights. I love them and hope you will too. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter at room temperature |
8 large eggs |
1/3 cup fined grated romano cheese |
1 large bunch fresh chives minced |
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Lightly butter eight ramekins then break 1 egg into each ramekin and sprinkle with cheese and chives. 3. Pour 2 tablespoons cream over each and season with salt and pepper. 4. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven and bake until eggs are set and cream is bubbling lightly around the edges. 5. Remove from oven and serve immediately. |
