Sam's Grilled Pound Cake With Fresh Fruit |

6 slices poundcake (3/4 inch thick) |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 tablespoons chambord raspberry liquor |
blueberries |
raspberries |
sugar, in the raw |
Directions:
1. Put whipping cream, sugar and Chambord in mixer, and whip cream until thick - set aside in fridge. 2. Heat grill to medium and grill slices until each piece gets grill marks. 3. Place cake on bottom of plate, add a scoop of whipped cream, fruit, a little more cream and a light sprinkle of the brown sugar. |
