Its an easy and fast preparing snack for every time and occasion Ingredients:
8 ounces mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup parsley, minced fine |
1 spring roll wrappers |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup water |
2 cups sunflower oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mixed and packed ( cheese+chopped parsley+black pepper ) together in the roll then we make it like triangle then we close the end of it with a bit of mixed flour and water . 2. Heat the oil then drop the sambosa in deep frying untill it become gold then we take out and put it on a butter paper . 3. Served hot. |
