2 slices wheat bread |
2 tbsp peanut butter |
1 tsp jelly |
15 baby carrots |
3 romaine lettuce leaves |
6 oz tuna |
1 slice wheat bread |
2 oranges |
Directions:
1. Graze on the food all day. Combine as you wish. |
