Ellen Dugan's Pumpkin Bread Recipe- there is also a Low Fat Version I will add at a later time, I can Email it to you if you need it right away. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 c sugar |
15 oz canned pumpkin |
1 c vegetable oil |
2 tsp vanilla |
3 c flour |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
1/4 tsp cloves |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 325 2. Beat Eggs in large mixing bowl 3. Stir in Sugar, Canned Pumpkin, Oil and Vanilla 4. Add Dry Ingredients and Spices- Mix Well 5. Pour into 2 Bread Pans that have been greased on the bottom only 6. Bake for 60-80 minutes 7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove from pans and allow to cool completley 8. * I use 4 mini loaf pans and choose to let cool in the aluminum tins and give them as gifts or have my Husband take into work for his Soldiers to enjoy Baked Goodies!* |
