2 cups lentils |
2 tsp chilli powder |
2 tsp turmeric powder |
1 tsp coriander powder |
2 tbsp tamarind juice |
3 tomatoes |
1 onion |
3 potatoes |
1 tsp mustard seeds |
4 ounces green chillies |
1 tbsp canola oil |
2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Cook lentils. Add boiled potato and tomatoes. Fry mustard and onion and add powders. Mix everything and add tamarind juice. Cook for 20 mins. |
