Sambal Stirfried Fish Fillet |

Kind of sweet and spicy , this dish will never fail to impress you ... and it goes well with steamed rice on a COLD day . Ingredients:
1 small romaine lettuce or boston lettuce , leaves separated |
8 pcs white fish fillet |
1 tbsp flour |
4 slices young ginger root |
1 big red chilli , sliced thick ( remove some of the seeds if u wann ) |
1 big onion quartered |
1 tomato quartered ( optional ) |
2 thick slices pineapple ( diced ) |
1 tbsp sambal |
1 tsp sweet sauce ( optional ) |
Directions:
1. Pat dry the fish fillet and duat them with some flour . 2. Fry and set aside . 3. Stir fry the chilli , onion and ginger slices . 4. Add the tomato , sambal and pineapple chunks . 5. Mix in the leaves . 6. Add the fish fillet and the sauce . 7. Serve HOT . |
