tuna salad sans mayo
Ingredients:
91 g lite silken tofu
2 oz canned tuna in water
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:

mash up tofu with mustard and hot sauce

add tuna and mash it all together
3.
season with old bay and salt to taste
