These are delicious and look fancy but they're easy and fast to prepare. Careful they are addicting. Ingredients:
20 mini pretzels |
20 rolo candy pieces (i could not find the regular size ones so bought a bag of minis and used 2 per pretzel) |
assorted deluxe nut mix, salted (cashews, pecans, brazil nuts and almonds are great) |
Directions:
1. Lay pretzels on cookie sheet. 2. Place rolos on top. 3. Put in oven at 350 for only a few minutes - so rolos are very soft but still have their shape. 4. Take them out of oven and quickly smush a nut down on each pretzel. 5. Cool the tray in the fridge for about 15 minutes. 6. Carefully remove them from the tray (may need a spatula). 7. Serve cold or at room temperature. |
