Salty Sweet Ice Cream Lemonade Pie |

This is a favorite of ours & a regular dessert at our July 4th parties. Cooking time is the freezing time. Ingredients:
1&1/4c. crushed pretzels |
1/4c. sugar |
1/2c. margarine; melted |
1 qt. vanilla ice cream; softened |
6oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate; thawed |
2 drops yellow food coloring |
Directions:
1. Blend together pretzel crumbs, sugar & margarine. 2. Press onto bottom & up sides of 9 pie plate. Refrigerate 15 min. 3. Combine remaining ingredients together & spoon into crust. 4. Freeze until firm. |
