Melt-in-your-mouth Salty-Sweet Bacon Panini goes over the top with the paring of salty bacon and sweet apple butter with melty Brie on top of raisin-walnut bread. Ingredients:

apple butter |
butter, softened |
Directions:
1. Place Brie and bacon on raisin-walnut bread spread with apple butter. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter. Cook in a pre-heated panini press 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. 2. Wine Suggestion: For white, try a Chenin Blanc, such as Champalou Vouvray from the Loire Valley ($17) or a California version such as Ballentine Vineyards ($17).
