This can be served as a snack and it is really quick to make Ingredients:
300 g polony, grated (cold pressed meat, almost like a roll of ham |
substitute polony with minced meat or any grated salty meat |
500 ml cake flour |
10 ml baking soda |
5 ml salt |
1 egg |
250 ml milk |
30 ml oil |
oil for deepfrying |
Directions:
1. Mix polony, flour, baking soda and salt. 2. Beat the egg, milk and 30 ml oil together. 3. Mix the two mixtures well. 4. Let spoonful of mixture drop in the hot oil. 5. Drain on brown paper. 6. Sprinkle lemonpepper or aromat or garlic salt over. 7. Serve |
