2 pounds blanched whole almonds
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large cast-iron skillet; stir well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until almonds are lightly browned. Let cool, and store in an airtight container.
