This is a very popular dish in Syracuse, NY. and a must if you go to the State Fair. They served a lot at picnics and BBQ's.. I don't use as much salt in as the recipe calls for.. Ingredients:
4 lb. very small potatoes |
1 lb. salt |
Directions:
1. Wash the potatoes . Put in a pan large enough to cover the potatoes with water 2. add the salt 3. bring to a boil. then turn down the heat so they a just boiling. 4. cook until tender.. drain 5. serve with plenty of butter. |
