This is a different way to cook shrimp that makes them so crispy that you can eat them with the shells on. This is better done outdoors or in a well ventilated area, as it creates a lot of smoke. Ingredients:
shrimp, with shells on |
salt, kosher |
seasoning (optional) |
Directions:
1. Line a pan with aluminum foil and place a thick layer of salt on it. 2. Place the pan on a hot fire. 3. Place shrimp on the salt and cover with foil. 4. Remove the shrimp as soon as they turn pink. |
