this dish goes really well with a little mixed salad and a little lemon and mayo dressing ideal for lunch or just as an entree... Ingredients:
1 squid ring |
salt & pepper |
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs |
1/4 teaspoon garlic |
1/4 cup milk |
cos lettuce |
cherry tomatos |
capsicum - red, yellow and green |
spanish onion |
2 tablespoons mayonaise |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon mixed herbs |
Directions:
1. cut squid into thin strips put aside, pore milk over squid this will make it more tender. Prepare your salad and put on plate. To make dressing combine mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs mix together...Pull squid out of milk and coat it in breadcrumbs, salt & pepper, garlic then lightly fry in pan with oil serve on the top of sald and drizzle dressing over top..... |
