These rolls are very good. You can play with the seasonings.Use crushed fennel seeds or red peeper flakes or whatever you like..
Ingredients:
3 tb extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb. pizza dough
coarse salt
ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Place 2 TB oil in 8 square baking dish. Divide pizza dough,thawed,if frozen into 16 pieces. Form each piece into tight ball and place in dish,turning to coat with oil
2. Cover dish with plastic wrap;set aside in warm draft-free place until balls double in size,40-45 mins. Preheat oven to 350,with rack in lower third. Season each roll with coarse salt and ground pepper and bake till golden brown,35 mins.
3. Brush rolls with remaining TB of oil and let cool slightly
4. I used a round pan. Either way works!
