From the Heart Healthy Cookbook published by Barnes and Noble Ingredients:
5 teaspoons onion powder |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour into an empty salt shaker. 3. Add a couple pieces of uncooked rice to prevent clumping. 4. Use instead of salt on your food. |
