From the Heart Healthy Cookbook published by Barnes and Nobles. Use a salt shaker with large holes. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon marjoram |
1 teaspoon sage |
1 teaspoon powdered basil |
1 teaspoon lemon peel |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour into an empty salt shaker with large holes. 3. Add a couple pieces of uncooked rice to prevent clumping. 4. Use instead of salt to season your food. |
