From the Heart Healthy Cookbook published by Barnes and Nobles. Use a salt shaker with large holes.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon powdered basil
1 teaspoon lemon peel
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into an empty salt shaker with large holes.
3. Add a couple pieces of uncooked rice to prevent clumping.
4. Use instead of salt to season your food.
